What Makes A Divorce Uncontested?

An uncontested divorce means that both parties have reached an agreement regarding all material terms and conditions in their divorce. Such an agreement will include a process for dividing all assets and debts, as well as an agreement on spousal/child support when appropriate, and child custody.
